You should be able to purchase an Audi/Fidelity extended warranty from the dealer. Even if you dont buy the car from them. Check into it.
You could go upwards of 7yr/100k coverage from the date you purchase the warranty.
Good luck. I have an RS6 and will add the RS4 some day. I will never sell my RS6. We will never see anything like it again.

Test drive was good. Sounds amazing. It's a little rough on city roads. Comes with stock suspension too.
Full list of mods: Nice tint job, stasis Ohlins, sway bars of some sort, short shift kit, full Miltek exhaust, very cleanly installed laser jammer in front of car. Has backup sensors, navi, bluetooth, rear airbags... those are the only things I know of that are options.
ONLY has winter tires(Blizzaks) with it... very odd. Only 10 months left on the warranty. I am working with Barrier Audi to get it CPO'd. If that doesn't work, I'm going to skip it. I'll keep you posted.

IMHO the CPO for Audi is not a good move.
Your better off with just the extended warranty purchase. You can go upwards of 7yr/100k of additional coverage where CPO only covers 2 years.
+ the Fidelity plan is backed by Audi and you can cancel with refund at any time/prorated by use.
Good luck

Love that car but even with the miles they need to get off the crack pipe. IMHO

The RS4 is a good choice, I found a cool site that had a nice selection, but I haven't seen them priced as low as you are looking for - http://globalautosports.com/index.cf...came_from=make
I am thinking about selling my '07 phantom black RS4.
