The gentleman interested in the vehicle asked me if the car has Daytime Running Lights. Anyone from Canada that could post some info to that question? I would appreciate it so I can respond.

In Canada when the car is running the headlights are lit up to 90% output I believe. When the car is running or possibly when the e-brake has been released, your headlights will be on. Possibly the LED's on the Aston? It is law over here and sometimes requires a pricey module if requiring the conversion.

Ibis,

Spoke to Calgary AM today and it's a simple programing according to the serice manager. The car will need Canadian ECU flash, and this can be done at the same time. I was always wondering why are the headlights on, on the Canadian cars, well now I know. My M3 had the 4 aftermarket hallos on at all time, I guess that qualified as DRL. Thanks for the info by the way, the AM guy did not go into details about what DRL is.

Since you need a 4-seater, I have a very nice 2008 Lexus LS460 that is my DD, has about 28k miles and includes pre-paid service that I believe is transferable, factory warranty to 4/50 I believe that I would be willing to trade plus cash if you are interested.

INSman,

Sorry about my tardiness responding, but I am not on the forum every day. With regards to your offer, I am not in the market for a four seater anymore.
