Well, it has been relisted on Ebay. Buyer put down a deposit but took too long to resolved the payment situation and advised me to relist it for now. New auction started @ $77,500.00 NO RESERVE! Ends in 7 days.

Nice... that's the way to do it... When I sell stuff on ebay I always start at $1, no reserve; keep it simple... it's a guaranteed sale and it's cheaper to list, and I get top dollar when I do that since tons of people start to watch it when the price is low and everyone knows it's guaranteed to sale.

I haven't since its not required in FL. The first 5 RS46 M3s were from, Canada, Florida (me), Mexico, Arizona/Hawaii, California. All of them, I believe, are running (2) 200 cel high flow cats instead of the (4) stock ones. The have not have any issues with smog test/inspection.
