Wow! What a great combo of parts. I think everyone should have one of these in their garage at some point, defiantly one of the last true drivers cars.

The wing is on the car because it creates downforce. function > form. It is not a cheap eBay wing that hasn't been tested. It's a $1500+ wing made for J's Racing by Voltex, one of the leaders in aero development for the Japanese market.

 

just curious, how much does that intake cost?

 

MSRP is $2275 for the carbon version. The kevlar version is more expensive and rare, if you can even get it anymore. I believe there are three or less kevlar versions total in the US.

sweet ride. used to have an '03 s2000. still miss that car to this day even with a 997. that was a pure sports car and the best shifter/transmission i ever driven. though remember how dificult it was to drive at its limits because the back wants to come around easily and no traction or stability control...

 

The MY06+ has VSA traction control. You can shut it off if you don't want it on. Not to mention, with the suspension/wheels/tire set-up on the car, it has much better handling characteristics if you can believe that.
