I honestly don't know. I know it can not be inspected in states which require inspectors to plug in to the OBDII port.

All of NY. It's state mandated that all cars 1996 and newer have to be plugged in to an OBDII scanner to pass. This car does not have a port to plug it in.

My favorite car of all time, super jealous!
There are only a few actual legal ones in the country, and I don't think any are currently for sale. If they were, I can't see being able to get one for under 100k.

Car is still not sold, and as I said before, the price IS negotiable.
I am also willing to trade for certain vehicles as well.
E92 M3 + cash on their end.
Cayman S + cash on their end.
R35 GTR... Even trade?
