i'm confused as to why you would sell this to buy another 996TT? X50 package can simply be added to your car?

 

I HAVE A FRIEND WITH A WHITE ON BLACK WITH BODY KIT AND WHEELS AND MOTOR WORK DONE WITH 19K MILES. BEFORE I BOUGHT MY CAR WANTED WHITE CAR. I WILL BE SPENDING MORE MONEY BUT WHAT IS MONEY FOR? TO BE SPENT!!!!LOL

jUST FOR EVERYONE TO KNOW I WANT 35K . THAT IS WHAT I PAID FOR CAR . I PUT IN THE SEATS,NAVI ,EXHAUST, CENTER CONSOLE AND PAID TAXES ON THE CAR THAT WAS 2500.00 SO I AM LOOSING LOTS OF MONEY. HOPE EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS NOT GOING LESS THAN 35K...I THINK THE CAR IS WELL WORTH IT.

Well, you do have to realize that your buyer will have to pay taxes too. Perhaps you might want to arrange for a trade-purchase deal with some small car dealer. That way you will get credit on the taxes you paid for your 01 car.

 

I would seriously consider this if I can sell my car.

 

Dont want to get from dealer. Have someone selling a car i want. Its a little cheaper than dealer.

No, what I meant is that you could handle this transaction thought a dealer, e.g. a dealer will "buy" your friend's car then it sells this car to you while "taking" your car as a trade-in and selling it immediately to your buyer. This way you get credit on the taxes you have to pay on you new car. In TX, this saving would be about ~3K, while a dealer would probably only charge $500 for paperwork and such.


P.S. If you have maintenance record you should advertise this fact.
