I think the combination of the X50 package and the Aero kit makes the car relatively rare in the 996 world. I searched Autotrader recently and found 244 996tt for sale nationwide(!), and only 6 had the Aero kit listed. Only 3 of those were also X50s.
Though it is not a thousand-mile-a-year garage queen, the car is in overall very good condition, IMO. I'd call it about an 8.5/10 on the exterior, and a 9.5/10 on the interior. There are a few rock chips on the front, and about a 1" scratch on the right rear fender at about shin level behind the rear wheel (visible in one of the pictures). Doors are 99-44/100% ding-free. I just want to be as straight as I can if someone is going to contemplate traveling to look at the car.
The mods are all relatively recent (less than 3k miles). The suspension was installed by Sharkwerks, everything else was done by me.
Factory options:
- X50 Power package
- Aero Kit
- Porsche crests in headrests
- Aluminum Gauges
- Aluminum shifter/brake handles
- Interior lighting package
Mods:
- Bilstein PSS9 Suspension
- B&M SSK
- Fabspeed Gen3 exhaust
- Agency Power intake
- Billet diverter valves
- EVO wastegate actuators
- GIAC X50/GT2 ECU flash
- SS Brake lines/ATE Fluid
- Mintex Red Box pads
- New factory rotors
- 19" HRE 545R
- Michelin PS2 - ~2500 miles
- Ipod interface added to factory radio (replaces CD changer, included)
All keys, manuals/service book and a factory cover included. I also have the factory wheels to go with the car. I do not wish to part out any of the mods.

What's so special about the aero package that makes it rare? The larger fixed wings and the painted lip? I don't even see any sideskirts on it. I actually prefer the more smooth to the eye turbo spoiler. Do you have any shots of the seats?
And, to be frank, I think what makes the Aero Kit rare is that if you checked the box for it on the order form, you'd have to fork an additional $7500 over to your Porsche dealer when you bought the car.

Having said that, the biggest difference is the rear wing, which, IMO, transforms the look of the car.
The seats are in perfect shape - I guess I can go and get some shots of them if that's all that is holding you up from buying the car.
Looks to me like the side skirts are painted body color as well. Another nice touch to a beautiful car!!! GLWS!
