Thanks....my job has me on the road for the next year plus and the car sitting in the garage is not a good investment for me......not to mention a misuse of a good German engineering.

You say that like being a second owner is a bad thing.
I bought the car just off lease and it still had the plastic floor seal on it.
The person who ownerd it before me was OCD.

No, I meant it as in since you are the 2nd owner, you can't CPO the car anymore. I bought my 05 M3 lease return as well with only 14K on the clock, and sold it with 41K on the clock two years later. M3's are bullet proof, but it's nice to have something to rely on as far as warranty. Still waiting on pictures, post them up.
