NITECRUISER is infamous around these parts
Bottom end stock, semi built head.
There is no need to build the bottom end where it can handle a good 800 whp without any issues.

As for the head,it is 272/272 camshaft, ARP, HKS headgasket.
As for the smog question, I believe it wont pass smog.
