@Dunit - after I got ur txt, I've been thinking about the R40s. Pleasure meeting you too. Grats on the house. Can't wait to hear about what you pick up next. I fear it'll be sooner rather than later

LMs sound nice - the fun has just begun, hasn't it - though lucky for me it really doesn't "need" anything.

These HRE C90 or C93 would look beautiful on the vehicle as well.

Check out www.hrewheels.com for more styles.

IMO the LM is perfect, in any finish, for your new baby. Classic.

Not a big fan of gold wheels but even they look pretty snazzy.

The gray/asphalt? would be my choice with the white paint. Some contrast looks nice.

Keep us posted re: your decision. Great car you bought!!!

Congrats on the purchase!
Brings back good memories of my first 911. I had an identical 97.

Good luck with it!

I'm going to rain on this parade and say leave it alone, it's gorgeous just the way it is and there aren't too many nearly original 993s out there

The ONLY mod I would do, because I did it to my 993 Turbo and it looked great is to paint the rockers and the lower portion of the rear bumper body color. It will give the illusion that the car is lower and it also matched the front S spoiler lip.

Thanks. I'm actually quite satisfied the way it is too. Will prob enjoy this as is for a long while before I feel the need to change anything.

Leejai,

I have a set of practically new BBS LMs I just took off my 98 C2S. They are 18x8.5 F / 18x11 R and would look awesome on your car. Email me at jzcarr@gmail.com (can't pm yet) if you are interested in more info
