That's an insanely low lease deal. Was it a demo model or something? I was paying 700 for my 335xi in 08. But then again I put nothing down.

Man it's deals like this that makes me feel bad about living in Canada. I don't think I can take over a lease in the US right? If I can I'll jump all over this.

That's an insane payment. I'm paying more on my X3 lease. I've noticed you can really screw BMW with ED. The cap cost is based on the ED price, which is $4k less than US, and then the residual is based on US MSRP. Makes for very low payments. Assume you also paid down the lease, but still the payment is crazy low.
