Guys, I didn't ignore the comments, just didn't read completely through the thread until KeeperofBeasts emailed/messaged me. Anyway, sale pending. I will let you guys know if it does not go through.
Don, I responded to you and told you that my buyer for the jeep backed out which was absolutely conditional on my buying your car. I could've still bought it, but there were a couple issues that bothered me more. You also couldnt let the car go for a couple weeks. Another issue was after the fact you told me the title was not clear and you had to get your EX GIRLFRIEND to sign off on it after I wired you the money. Call me crazy, but that made me extremely uncomfortable. I have had alot of vehicles and enjoy the variety. I like a quick easy and smooth deal. So Don, that is what happened and you know it. I apologize if I missed an email or call. Tom, we never agreed on a price and when I was coming close you stated you had to drive the car an extra 1500 miles or so because you weren't really ready to sell it. I can understand that and by the time you had put the miles on i had already moved on. Guys no hard feelings. Tom, again I was impatient and just couldn't wait. If I missed an email I apologize, but I am not on these forums often and am super busy like most of you. For any seller out there having a clear title and being ready to sell on the spot will help sale imennsenly. Imagine a dealer saying he wants to put 1500 more miles on his GT3 before you can buy it, or that they have to have their EX girlfriend sign off on the title after you wire the money. I will post VIN etc. tomorrow. I am absolutely not a dealer, I just like a variety of cars. If you are concerned don't take my word for it, call Tisher Porsche and come are the car for yourself. The orange jeep was sold for days ago to a jeep dealer in South Dakota and they love it. I actually miss that one. Looking at the new RRS supercharged. That is the only reason I am selling. It will be something else six months from now. Just a hobby for me, so I am not on the forums at all times and I will pre apologize if it takes me a day to respond.
Thanks,
Chris
Thanks,
Chris
Chris, I am with you that you have justified reasons to back down. I am still interested and would love to do business if the car becomes available.....so if your buyer backs down please send me a PM .... Good luck!
Chris,
You never stated that the sale was based on you selling your Jeep. You mentioned that 2 weeks after you agreed to buy my car and then went silent. You offered to give me a deposit and I said it is ok as I trust your word. You know who I am and the people who know me so do not even give me you were uncomfortable about the transaction. My reputation in this area far exceeds that. You ignored my calls as you were "on the West Coast on business." You ignored me again and again after I called and texted you. You wasted my time for nearly 2 months. As you can see here he did this to me and another member of this forum. I am not going to bother the members of this forum of what happened. If you want to know more please PM me and I will discuss it further with you. Again buyer beware.

You are not going to bother the members with what happened? Funny, looks like you posted about it twice on my for sale thread, haha. Don, are you denying the fact that your EXGIRlFRIEND had to sign off on the title? That was the main issue. I was on the West Coast for business and I absolutely did not ware your time for two months. I'm sure alot of people would feel uncomfortable wiring money and ten waiting for the car and title? Are you denying those facts? I'm not saying you were a bad guy or anything about your reputation. I'm saying that the transaction made me uncomfortable. If you are upset about that then that's that, but I can assure you that I would not be the only one that would not be comfortable with your terms. FYI you didn't tell me about the EX GIRlFRIEND issue until after the fact. Either way I'm done with it and I won't be responding to your attempt to mess up my for sale thread. FYI there are many people that know me here too. Anyway, thanks for posting on my for sale thread. Car getting PPI today fr potential lucky buyer.

I was done with your thread but after reading this I have to respond. I was opened and up front with you about the car the day you drove it. I told you who owned and how the transaction would take place. If you were so uncomfortable with it then why make me an offer to buy the car. You kept asking for a better price with the stock items. I agreed to your terms. Then you disappeared. I have sms messages from you from the start of the this so it was nearly 2 months until I gave up on you. You kept saying you wanted to the car and you made no attempt to me to say you were uncomfortbable with the transaction. I am done with your FS thread.
GLWS
All this nonsense aside, that's hot! Looks like a good deal if it gets a clean bill of health on the PPI.
Wish I could take her off your hands but my company just missed Q4 and laid me off.
GLWS!

sorry to hear of you situation...hang in there and here's to a good 2012
Good for you and too bad I missed it...

The last thing you told me by email: "Cool, well I will have the money shortly. Just need a week or so. " Then you started ignoring communication, which took some time for me to realize... I asked you by voice messages and text (multiple times) to reply as a courtesy, even if to say no longer interested, because as I explained to you in the messages, my buyer #2 in line was on hold. I waited on you for about 10 days, as we had an agreement on price and timeframe, but you never responded, and buyer #2 disappeared during that timeframe too. Now that holidays and vacations are finished, I'm selling it again, granted it will likely be for a couple thousand less than you or my buyer #2 agreed to by this time.
I have our email thread with 35 emails back and forth. Let me know if you need a copy to refresh your memory.
It doesn't matter now, just letting you know that I don't appreciate the lack of courtesy in that you gave no response, especially in that my backup buyer got frustrated and backed out during the time I was waiting for you. I wouldn't have done the same.
