Car has P30 Performance Package, a $9,500 option which increases electronically limited speed to 200mph and takes Horsepower to 550 and torque to 590 as well as improved brakes, handling and steering and a carbon fiber engine cover. Car has Designo package. A $6,900 add which provides for Designo Graphite Metallic Paint, Designo Porcelain Leather seats, Black Piano Laquer wood trim.

 

Are you sure about those power figures with the P30? I can't find any information for 2007 showing those #s. In 2012 I see those #s being quoted, but not in 2007. Have a link? I'm interested.

 

I'm looking at the MB brochure for this car and it lists the performance package item as:
AMG Performance Package:
– AMG Alcantara sport steering wheel with shift paddles.
– 186-mph speed limiter.
– Special AMG suspension system.
– AMG “compound” braking system.
– AMG 19" twin-spoke multipiece wheels
with high-performance tires.11
– AMG limited slip differential.

Says NOTHING about more horsepower or torque, etc.

Any basis for these wild claim?

 

I think he grabbed some info from the 2012 MY.

At least back up the "Facts" with a link for us to review.

Sure are a lot of bull**** classifieds as of late.

 

The information was provided to me by the seller. I will email them now to get clarification.

 

I wonder what else the seller is misrepresenting!

 

The car is clean, the seller just may not know all the options.

 

Excellent comment. I don't know what's more concerning. The fact that the owner has his facts wrong (or is likely lying in order to sell the car) or the fact that he left it in the hands of a "dealer" that doesn't cross check any facts and blames the owner.

Impressive.

 

Man you guys are hard on sellers. The standard hp for this car was 514, so 36hp is a wild claim? Relax a little....
