I'm driving the car over to Laguna Beach 8/10-8/12 if any folks in OC want to view the car.

 

The car was in last week for a PPI and passed with flying colors. Service advisor said this is one of the cleanest vehicles he has seen with 32,000 miles.

Price drop to $36,500. Sitting in garage taking up space...time to go.

 

I've had a lot of question on extending the warranty. Because it's a private party sale the vehicle cannot get Audi CPO.

Here is another way to think of it. With private party you do not pay sales tax. Sales tax here in AZ would be $3,030. By buying from a private party and not paying sales tax you can finance the warranty.

Here are the numbers on Audi Pure Protection underwritten by Fidelity. This is the best warranty I can find and the Audi dealer says it is closest to the factory warranty. There are cheaper alternatives but with a warranty you get what you pay for.

This may be a mute point, but...were you trying to tell buyers you don't have to pay sales tax on a used car in AZ? Wherever you register it, if you didn't pay sales tax they are going to get you!
If you're an AZ resident and it's a FACT you don't have to pay sales tax on a used car then props to you...and I'm buying a place in AZ...then again I'll wake up from the dream b/c I don't think this is truth
