This 1M Coupe has been babied for 261 miles (Two Hundred Sixty One) since it left the BMW dealership in Southern California. The interior is absolutely perfect with ZERO seat creases. I take great care to make sure that the entire seat bolsters stay perfect, just as if they left the factory, unwrinkled. I NEVER rest on them while entering or exiting the car. The interior still has that New Car leather smell like the day it was bought. This 1M has never been smoked in or even seen any food nor drinks. I’ve kept the both front seats in plastic, even while driving, to protect the leather (no one has sat in the back seats, not even myself.)



The 3.0 Liter N54 M-Tuned Twin Turbo engine making 335 HP, hasn’t seen anything past 4,500 RPM. It is an ABSOLUTE IMPERRATIVE that all of my new cars are run through the proper Break-In procedure; this 1M is no exception, receiving nothing but the best treatment as well. The 1M resides in a climate and temperature controlled garage, here in Southern California, when not being driven.



This car is an absolute blast to drive! If a gas powered Go-Kart and an M3 were to have a baby. THIS WOULD BE IT! The Twin Turbo’s spool up without any noticeable lag with linear and predictable power-delivery to the rear wheels. The 335 HP the 1M has on tap only needs to move 3,295 LBS, that’s over 350 LBS less than an E92 M3! More impressive is that the 1M has over 75 FT/LBS (with the over-boost engaged) more torque than the E92 M3! With this power matched up with the AMAZING CHASSIS of the 1M, BMW has produced a truly exceptional Drivers Car.



The engine of the 1M is fantastic. The only thing more impressive is the chassis it sits on. In true M fashion, the chassis is faster than the engine. The 1M borrows most of its suspension components from the E92 M3, that’s where the suspension similarities stop. The Wheelbase of the 1M is 4 inches shorter than the E92 M3 while having nearly the same width and a lower, more concentrated center of gravity



This car's exterior has only seen the hands of my private detailer, never run through a car wash, to avoid unwanted surface scratches. I personally inspect my cars after each drive to make sure the hood, bumper, and mirrors are free from any rock chips.



I hate to give this car up but I just took delivery of the new M6 and I would rather keep both but will let this beauty go to a good buyer at a reasonable price. This car is absolutely PRESTINE inside and out and the new owner will have an absolute BLAST with this 1M.
