It's reconstructed title you can't register or insure a salvage car. How can you expect a clean title with 500 hp for 19k try well over 30 do your homework

you should have probably stated that it was R-title in your original post. kind of an important point about a car. nothing wrong with selling R cars, omitting it in the for sale ad just looks shady.
