Yes, there are several successfully registered in CA. You have to register it as an ASVE (Assembly Vehicle), just like a Noble M12/M400...the process is a little lengthy and takes some running around, but it can be done.

Does the car have an OBDII port? Just curious, as I know in NY (not NYC) it needs to get plugged in for yearly inspections.

 

Yes it does have an OBD2 port. As I understand, the ecu needs to be reflashed to remove an automatic error code in order to pass emissions tests. There is a lot of info on the nobleforum about it.

Bump... Mileage is now 1104 and will go up slightly when weather permits.

 

Do you have more info on the car? like engine, transmission, a/c and other options? It looks nice, since it's kit car, I am not sure if all of them are same.
