For sale is my 2004 BMW M3 6mt coupe. It currently has 67k miles and runs and drives excellent. I am the second owner of this beauty and have had it for 2 years. My work location just changed and I opted for something a bit more refined for daily duties. Details of the car below. I'm asking $18,500 obo. I'm also interested in trades of equal or lesser value (cash from your side) for an american classic or a mid or rear engined Porsche (911, 914, 912, 356). Please either PM me here or send me an email if interested, Scott.m.ring@gmail.com.

Maintenance
When I bought the car it had no records with it. The guy I bought it from was an engineer who took meticulous care of his possessions (house was spotless, garage was spotless, even his winter beater was in fantastic shape). He told me his friend was a MB tech and did all the maintenance after the lease was up. He mentioned Castrol TWS oil and knew enough about Inspection II so I believed him.
Since I bought the car at 55k miles I have changed the oil twice, got the valves adjusted at 62k and completed the rest of Inspection II at 63k miles I bought my products through ECS and a BMW tech did the valve adjustment off hours. As I did this work I noticed that I wasn't the first person to be "there" so I generally trust the previous owner. I also replaced the tensioners and belts at 62k miles.
The bad
Most cars this age have some "bad" to them, here are the big points on this car.
- rear c-pillar interior trim fabric is pulling away from the plastic molding. Right now it looks like "bubbles". This is a common issue.
- drivers seat bolster is showing signs of wear. I've heard a good helping of black shoe polish would do the trick. It is not torn and is still fully supportive.
- the car was involved in an accident about 1.5 years ago. It was t-boned on the passenger side. No airbags deployed, no structural damage, the car still maintanis a "regular" title. All OEM parts were used to fix the car. The paint was done VERY well and all gaps are perfect. This was done by a reputable European car specialist shop. If I didn't point it out you probably could not tell.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Car is sold.
Damn I was a little too late, If you don't mind me asking what did you end up getting out of it ?
