Dropping another grand if this can happen by tomorrow. IMHO, a steal given the setup. Would be working through a local dealership, so transaction would be smooth if out of state.

I hate it when the tax code distorts otherwise economic behavior! Bump again, but we might be at an impass on tax stuff.
