you can definitely get an 05 for $95k. under 90k, you'll end up with 04 for sure.
a clean car is worth spending a little more on regardless of year. buying from a reputable source and doing research is key.
i'd shop on lamborghini-talk, lambopower, ebay
there is a yellow 05 selling on lamborghini-talk for $93k with only 13k miles. good thing abt buying on the forum is that you'll be able to search on the seller to learn more about the car and the seller. that's where i picked up mine. the info is better than carfax!
good luck!

Your car is amazing! If I have some extra cash I will buy it for sure! But unfortunately if that engine or transmission break I won't be able to get it fix... :-(

Personally, I'd stay away from the 04...for a bit more money, just get an 05 which gives you the front-end lift along with the option of the clear engine bonnet (04 rarely had it).
Pre LP560, I'd also find a 6sp if possible as the egear was a bit clunky in those years.

What for? The original clutches were only lasting around 10K miles but with the newest revision clutch (OEM) or some of the aftermarket kevler clutches they are all projected to last 20-30K+.
The normal use of these cars would be a few K miles a year...
Not to mention shops will do the job for about $6K parts/labor. Anyone who owns this car shouldn't have much to complain about with a $6K expense once in 5-6 years...or if you drive like me, every 10 years lol.
