The car currently has a Meisterschaft GT exhaust with SR connecting pipes and exhaust heatshield installed. This will be sold separately from the car unless the buyer of the car wants it for an additional $1,500.

I am the third owner of the vehicle and the other two owners took great care of it. The car was involved in a very minor hit and run in June of 2013. The car was only bumped on the rear bumper and was so minor that the bumper just needed to be repainted (not replaced). The bumper was painted at the BMW Dealership in Colorado and looks as good as new. I have the police report to verify all of this for the next owner. I also have a copy of the Carfax if anyone would like it. The rear bumper and trunk (because I replaced the pre-LCI with LCI) are the only two panels that have been painted. I still have the OEM trunk/tails which are in like new condition.

Shortly after picking up the car I got a warning indicator that there was a malfunction with the suspension. It doesn’t cause any issues other than it has the EDC mode locked into sport mode. I had planned to purchase a set of coilovers and have the EDC light then coded out. I’ve priced the car accordingly so that the next owner can buy a set of coilovers if this bothers them.
