Hello everyone and thanks for taking a look at my post. I want to start by saying that this is one of the most entertaining Porsches that I have ever owned. This 2003 Carrera 4S has been my baby for the past 20 months and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife and I have a baby girl on the way and she is due in September, so thats the only reason that it is for sale.

I'll do my best to describe the car and all of the details that go along with it. I purchased the car in August of 2012 from Copart as a theft recovery with only minor issues out in California. It was missing the gauge faces, the radio, the air intake, and the MAFS. It was owned by an insurance company, so I knew it had not been sitting there a long time. The theft claim was on 8-3-12 and I had the car in my garage the same month. This is significant because Porsche bearings/gaskets/seals tend to dry out if they sit for a long period of time without being driven. When I got the car in my possession, I ordered new gauge faces to go on the original cluster. Copart couldn't get the mileage to show up because the original cluster was unplugged when they removed the gauge faces. According to AutoCheck, it had 42,600 miles on 5-2-2011. When I bought it and plugged in the gauge cluster (only one edge was unplugged), it was showing 52,000 miles. This was correct mileage even though AutoCheck shows that the mileage is incorrect because Copart couldnt read the mileage. Anyways, thats the story on the mileage and what the car reads, is the actual mileage. After I got the car here, I started to work on it. I ordered a FabSpeed Carbon Fiber intake for it along with a new MAFS, Tequipment exhaust tips, PSE mufflers (button on dash), FVD 100 Cel cats and headers, and an FVD short shift kit. After all of that came in, I ordered an Alpine nav unit with bluetooth (INE-S920HD), Alpine digital amp, Mark Levinson surround sound speakers (12 speakers out of a low mileage LS460 using factory Porsche mounting backets without drilling any extra holes), and an OEM Bose subwoofer enclosure. After everything was installed and working properly, I ordered everything for a MAJOR service from Harper Porsche. I ordered 6 Porsche Carrera 4S Plugs, Porsche Coil Pack Set of 6, Porsche Belts, Porsche Oil Filter, Porsche Pollen Filter, Porsche floor mats, Porsche Oil Pan with baffle (mine had a slight fracture in it from on of the bolts being tightened too tight), thermostat, thermostat housing gasket, Porsche Coolant, Mobile 1 Porsche recommended oil, Porsche LED flashlight (goes in the cigarette lighter spot), and Porsche radio wipes. After I got everything in order, I drove it for about a year and a half, then replaced all four tires with new Continental DWs. During the tire swap, I noticed that I needed new brake pads. I ordered a set of Hawk brake pads and installed them before I put the wheels and tires back on it. To be totally honest, I will hate to see this 4S leave. It has been a phenomenal car with no issues what so ever. It has never given me any problems, nor does it have any squeeks, rattles, or any strange sounds. It literally drives, shifts, and brakes like a new car. There isnt hardly any wear on the inside and the seats are perfect. It still smells like Porsche leather inside. I ordered about $2,000 worth of MaCarbon carbon fiber pieces for the interior as well. MaCarbon is very high quality and looks excellent. I also had to order o2 extensions for the 100 Cell cats to keep the check engine light off. After all of this, I took the salvage theft title along with the car to the DMV for inspection to apply for a Mississippi Clean Title. It passed the inspection without issue and was given a clean Mississippi title. The title is completely transferrable and will not show up as rebuilt or salvage on the title. It does show up on CarFax and Autocheck though.

Lastly, I was at the post office and a lady's child opened her door up on my left rear quarter panel and put a slight dent in it. I saw it happen so I asked her to file it on her insurance because it was in the lip of the quarter panel and couldnt be removed by paintless dent removal. She did and now it shows up on CarFax and AutoCheck as a minor accident in 8-2-13. The ding is still there because I hated for the car to have paintwork. With that said, the only paintwork that I know of, is the front bumper. I had it repainted due to rock pecks. There are a few small door dings but they are very minor. Also the center horseshoe MAcarbon carbon fiber piece is starting to fade. Other than that, she is as near perfect as an 03 can be.

This is my personal car and I will hate to see it go. My family does own a dealership in North Mississippi, so if you google it, it may come up. This is my daily driver and has been for almost two years, so mileage will vary some. Someone will be very lucky to own this C4S.

Here is a pic of the original gauge cluster right after I installed the new gauge faces.

Thanks for looking. If you need specific pictures of anything, please let me know and if you have any questions, feel free to call me on my cell: 662-416-0900. My name is Matt. Thanks again.
