WTB - Carrera Lights or other lightweight 18" wheels

They will need to fit the 987S.

I'd prefer a complete set, with tires, but am open to suggestions. Condition can vary as these would be track wheels. I prefer the Carrera lights because they are easy to clean and lightweight.

No rush, just need to put the word out so I can protect my 19's

eBay has some. I like Carrera Thin Spoke too (I have them!) You'll need ones specifically for Boxter, not from a 996 though.

Other than that, some 18 classic design (those wire multi spokes) look real nice too. But they are a pain to keep clean.

I'll go the ebay route if need be, but would prefer a set, with tires. Getting them separately runs about 2k, 1k for the wheels, 1k for the tires. I'm hoping for some 'lightly used' set that I can get for less.

You can get a new wheel set w tires for $3k from dealer so a used set w good tires should run less $1500-2000 range.

Also, consider Fikse too. I personally think they are great looking. If you like the polish look, Fikse is real good. Any blemish can be polished off too which makes a used set like new.

Still holding out hope - Joe's are fantastic, but don't fit 987S without spacers. Any possibilities out there??
