Thanks guys - I'm actually reluctantly selling to try my first F-car. First mid-engine car I ever owned and it's been so much fun, particularly with that awesome 6MT. We'll see - I bet the R8 6MT will be in my garage again some time in the future (maybe a spyder next time).
Yep 09 V10 is rare. I think they only made a few. It's in-service date was Sept 09.
