I shouldn't have to explain myself, but I will anyway. It's listed as a private party because even though I'm in the car business it is one of my personal cars. I'm allowed to put private party. I bought it for myself and drive it so therefore it is my personal car, and as such it is a private party sale outside the dealership. Every dealer has a personal car or personal car(s) plural. We got into the business to enjoy these cars ourselves too and have to have a car to drive around for work and for pleasure. It would be nice if someone would actually give us a break once in a while. We are normal people too that have personal cars and it isn't enjoyable to constantly have to defend your job or your lifestyle.

 

Most dealers state that up front in a sale to avoid any misunderstandings.

 

I'm going to respectfully disagree with you on that one. This isn't so I don't have to make that distinction.
