I have all service records documented and upon request. Major belt service was performed just this year in late March at Penske Wynn Ferrari. *She is due for annual fluid change this month and I am taking care of that next week.
New Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires were installed all around in July.
In excellent condition. Clear bra paint protection on front of car and mirrors. No dents or dings. No sticky rubber or shrinking leather. Always stored indoors and with sun shield to protect interior.
Have two keys/fobs, all manuals/binders, cover & bag, tools, battery tender.
Only things that I can think to disclose is some minor curb rash on wheels (that I will have addressed) and the clear bra paint protection film isolated to the driver side mirror is starting to come off in one small section that I will also have fully addressed.
My 612 Scaglietti OTO has many mechanical and cosmetic improvements / additions from the earlier (2005-2006 and some 2007 models) including Manettino and Start Button on steering wheel, Photo-Chromatic glass roof that goes from black to clear with the turn of a dial, Twin plate dual clutch & transaxle case (from 599), F1 Superfast Gearbox, Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Sports Exhaust, Bose Multimedia Nav System, Challenge style OEM wheels and a gorgeous diamond quilt pattern on interior leather.
Located in Los Angeles. No trades please (unless you want to partially trade for a 2010 458 Italia!).
I can take more photos upon request and show her to serious buyers. PPI and shipping are of course welcome at buyers expense.
If interested, a great background brief article on the 612 including history and model year differences can be read here: http://www.forza-mag.com/issues/124/...ery-day-exotic
Please PM or email me at riozilla [at] gmail [dot com] if you have any questions at all. Thank you!

Definitely the nicest 612 I have laid my eyes on. I just looked at those same 5 pictures for 10 mins. I'm a sucker for brown interior and naturally with that quilted leather and deviated stitch, it really got me.
Honestly, I know it must be tempting for you especially because you have the means to buy, but I would keep that unique 612 in that awesome color combo over getting a run of the mill 458. It'll have some big shoes to fill, that's for sure.

When I purchased her in Nevada, my friend who came with me sat in the backseat all the way back to Los Angeles for 4 + hrs and he's 6 ft & 210'lbs. He said it's very much like a deep bucket seat and once you are seated, you do go back into it a bit and it wasn't uncomfortable and you are surrounded by great looking, feeling & smelling leather everywhere.
Now I wouldn't put adults back there everyday but in a pinch it's certainly doable as they are usable seats and more than just glorified package/bag shelves.

OTO is what Ferrari called their personalization program for the 612's from 2008-2010. It stood for "One-To-One" and reflected the fact that most if not all of the cars they built in this time were individually tailored for buyers and were not ordered by dealers.
These OTO cars also had a large list of mechanical and aesthetic updates over the earlier model cars (glass photo voltaic roof, dual clutch, F1 super fast gearbox, CCBs, new nav/multimedia system, start button and manettino on wheel, etc.

I got the chance to drive a 612 a few years back and it was an amazing car. I love the color combo on yours very luxurious and it goes well with the lines of the car. Good luck with the sale.

Neglected to mention that she also has a hardwired K40 radar detector/laser jammer and clear protective bra installed on the front.
Showed her for two potential buyers this weekend but she is still for sale.
Had some minor rock chips on the front lower grill so I had grill freshly & expertly painted last week by Avio Coach Craft. Looks good as new.
Fluid service and new TPMS install happening next week.
