I'm quite interested and looking for another track car. This appears quite setup couple of questions:
Is this street legal?
What condition are the brakes in?
What is the mileage for car and motor?
How is the tranny?
Do you have programming to run without Meth?
Any idea of HP numbers?
What tires you have?
Does this have an LSD?
How current are the seats and harness?

1.Yes, it is street legal. I just payed registration, which is good thru June 2016.
2.Brakes are perfect. Castro went thru them when I did the motor.
3.Mileage on chassis is 156,000, mileage on motor is less than 100 miles.
4.Tranny is perfect. Nowhere near needing replacement.
5.It's currently only running without meth & needs to be tuned to run with it.
6.HP before rebuild was upwards of 450, aggressively tuned, I'm not sure what it is now but I would guess not that far off. 400 would be a guess as it sits.
7.Tires, I'm blanking, pretty sure it's on NT01's at the moment but if you buy the car i'll throw in ALL the extra tires I have sitting in my garage.

Basically Brand New RS3 w/ cracked rim. 275/35/18
3 NT01's perfect for a track day - 275/35/18 -

8.Also have a couple stock parts, rear seats... But not much.
