We purchased this car new in 2008 from Herb Chambers BMW in Boston, MA. Car is in very good condition, for its age and mileage, with all service performed at authorized BMW dealerships. We’re fanatical about retaining all records, including service records and we still have the original window sticker. The car was involved in an accident in 2013, requiring a new rear bumper and exhaust system among a few other items – all work was performed by a BMW-dealer recommended body shop. The car has been a pleasure to own – we are selling to make room for an X5. The car has the following dealer-installed options:

The following is commentary on various aspects of the vehicle:

Exterior: 8/10: paint is in very good condition with minor swirls in the paint – nothing a good detailer couldn’t handle. There are minor chips/dings in the paint from spending the majority of its life on the highway. Car also has WINCOS 20% window tint.

Interior: 8/10: the rubber coating is starting to peel on some of the surfaces, such as the cup holder and passenger side door handle. Overall in good shape – no rips or tears in the leather.

Dealer installed items covered under warranty:

Turbochargers – replaced to fix the rattling wastegate actuator
High Pressure Fuel Pump – recently replaced
Water pump – recently replaced (not under warranty)

All functions in the car work and have no issues and will come with both keys. This is a daily driver, so mileage is subject to change but not significantly. Car is located in Somerset County, NJ (about an hour drive from Manhattan and Philadelphia). Payment via certified funds only. Car can be held for five business days on a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure financing, if needed.
