The 2009 911TT is the last hurrah for the Mezger turbo platform; after this year, Porsche switched to a DFI based engine for the 997.2 generation. Less than 500 2009 MY cars were made. More so, very few 6speed manuals were made in coupe format. The 2009s also came with the upgraded infotainment/nav system (PCM 3.0), a major upgrade over the 07-08 systems.
The car is absolutely rock solid and I have no qualms about driving it across country.
Under my ownership, the It has been maintained by an amazing independent technician (Frank Oscai), a former Porsche race car builder from Germany. He owns Rayteam Automotive out of Waltham, Mass.
The car had its 60K major service done in 2015, no major service for another the next 15-20K miles. It also has had the oil pressure sensor replaced in 2016, which is 5-6 hours of labor plus parts. Battery was replaced in 5/2016. Clutch was replaced at 57K miles in 2014, should last another 40K miles.
My 911 is located just north of downtown Boston, a 15 min ride from the airport.. I can pick up any out-of-town buyers at the airport, no problem. I will not drive the car to meet anyone as I do not want to add unnecessary mileage.
Please no tire kickers. The car is currently financed through my bank, so title will have to be delivered by them before it can be signed to new seller.

NUMBER OF OWNERS: I am the 3rd owner
PAINT CONDITION: Paint condition is great. I would give it a solid 8.5 out of 10. There are few imperfections; I chose not to have them repainted as I wanted to maintain the original integrity of the car.
ANY KNOWN ISSUES:
• Rearview mirror rattles on occasion, common on the 997 platform

A. Yes it has. The car is meant to be driven

A. Beautifully
Q. Are there any leaks?
A. There are no leaks.
Q. Any chips or cracks in the glass?
A. Negative.
Q. Are the wheels damaged?
A. The wheels have some slight blemishes but nothing that’s outlandish
Q. How is the leather?
A. Door cards, armrest, and passenger seat are all great. All interior leather pieces (door cards, seats, arm rest, dash) are in excellent shape. Only noticeable blemish is an imperfection on the passenger side door pull.
Q. How much tread is left on the tires and how are the brakes?
A. Solid amount of tread remaining, pads are in great shape, and rotors exhibit no signs of issues (warping, etc). Will come with Michelin PSS summer tires
Q. Does the transmission grind/crunch?
A. No it does not
Q. Does the car need anything mechanically?
A. Nope. Maintenance is all current.
Q. What oil have you been running?
A. Castrol Syntec 0w40 European Formula. 0w40 is used to help with oil shearing in cold temps.
Q. What gas do you been running in the car?
A. Shell 93
Q. How much boost pressure is the turbo running?
A. Car has an EVOMS 550 tune, so whatever the EVOMS site states
Q. How much power does it make on the dyno and do you have proof?
A. Never taken it to the dyno
Q. Do you have any stock parts?
A. Stock exhaust is available
Q. Is the engine original? Has the engine ever been opened up?
A. The engine is the original and has never been opened up
