The dealer won't do it because the VIN is not in the range of the campaign. I was going to pull trigger on this preventive maintenance but I need to sell the car now. I am willing to factor in the price of WC22. The car is still under the CPO warranty and that should give you some peace of mind. The emission warranty is still in effect until June 2019.
