If this is a federally legal car, that is some fantastic pricing. Since it's some fantastic pricing and the owner isn't showing the replacement for US VIN, and it's got florida plates but located in california you can bet this car is NOT federally legal and is at risk for being turned into a cube.
It is possible to get this year and model federally legal today, but the cost to do so is around 30-37k. I say 30-37 since the federal EPA requirements fall off after the car is 21 years old and I don't know just how heavily that factors into the modifications JK Technologies has to do. But there have been a small handful of R33s that have been brought in correctly after motorex went down. I don't think this is one of them.
