I honestly almost backed out of the deal. I'm going to miss the hell out of that car. I am seriously considering a LS TT powered wide body Cayman. Mid engine, 1200+

separation anxiety bud! wide bodied Cayman with LS TT sounds crazy and unique! Well, you're in Texas it won't be impossible as you're surrounded by tons of good shops plus you wrench, good luck with the new project. Was the lucky new owner local?

New owner is in Phoenix, but headed to San Diego in about a year (car is registered in San Diego).

Yes thinking about it. Im just not sure I can get the car up to the level of finish I want in a reasonable amount of time. I tend to get obsessed with projects and work around the clock until its done (even 1-2 year projects). I see an SLC eating up 2+ years, even working my *** off.
