I have spent a LOT of money on this car getting it to look right and run strong. This car is a one of a kind and, I know I'm biased, but I think it's the best looking FF GTM on the market. Feel free to challenge me on that if you find a better looking example.
Car has an LS6 Chevrolet motor mated to a Porsche G50 transaxle. The motor is not stock ... the heads have been milled .020 and I added big cam for strong lopey idle and better performance up high in the rev range. Car sounds mean and is very fast too. I've never had the car weighed, but similarly outfitted cars weigh in the 2,300 - 2,400lb range. Car makes around 500hp and with that light of a body, it will get up and go. With the motor in the back, it puts good weight on the rear tires so it plants and goes.
Car also has adjustable coilover suspension and it handles like it's on rails. It's a very low car with a very wide stance. I've never tracked it, but with some time on the twisty roads around here, it will dive into a corner pretty much as well as any car I've had. Car also has the Factory Five bump steer kit and the door handles have been "shaved" and entry into the car is via remote access.
Car has new Forgestar wheels. 18" up front and 19" in the rear. I recently had them powdercoated satin black wrapped in brand new Nitto tires. Car also has a 7" in-dash LCD screen, but no need for that when you're driving a car like this. I never listen to the stereo ... the exhaust sounds too good! Exhaust has been professionally ceramic coated to keep heat down. Car also has newer belly pans and rear diffuser to help keep heat down.
I've added a lot of carbon fiber accents to the exterior of the car. Recently added the full CF rear spoiler (which actually made a HUGE difference in down force at speed ... very noticeable). The front spoiler, side skirts and hood louvres have been wrapped in carbon fiber. I think it all plays well together.
Like many of the enthusiasts on this board, I have had a much of different cars in my life: Lamborghini, highly modified 911 turbo, BMW M5, S65 AMG, Audi R8, 1,000hp built Corvette Z06, Dodge Viper GTS, Pro Touring Muscle Cars and a handful of other high horsepower and exotic cars, but this one seems to get the most attention of any that I've ever had. I was driving it the other day and *twice* in a period of 30 minutes, people got out at stoplights and started video recording the car. It looks very similar to the new Ford GT (I guess why all the hoopla). Pictures really don't do this car justice. I've personally never seen another one of these on the roads.
A few final things -- I tried to be as thorough and complete as I could... I included a picture of a small chip on the driver's side door. There is another, smaller chip (maybe half the size of pinky fingernail) on the same door. There is also some weatherstripping on the car that could use to be replaced. I think the slave cylinder on the clutch may need replacement soon (but car can be driven anywhere today ... I spent a few hours in it last weekend and it drives like a champ).
As with any car like this, it is being sold as-is, where-is with no warranties express or implied. I do have videos of the car if desired, or can take anything specifically requested (video or photo). I'm also willing to consider trades, but remember they have to be a little more conducive to a baby situation. Cash is much preferred.
Thanks for looking and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Thanks AJ! You've got a nice stable as well! G/L selling your Maserati as well
