I love the car but thinking of upgrading to a 991. This 2007 911 S has been well cared for and always garaged. The car was sold and serviced in Scottsdale AZ Porsche until 2014 when it came to NE. This car was only driven on nice days and is in near perfect condition! Please see the attached build sheet and pictures. I plan to get more pictures once the weather gets better. I also will be having the car inspected by a local euro garage that is highly respected and will provide to all prospective buyers once the weather cooperates.

In addition to being a great example of what a 911 S should be I have done the following.
-OEM Aerokit Front Bumper (Have stock in perfect condition)
-Professionally detailed before winter inside and out
-Fisker Mod done locally with satin black exhaust tips.
-LED Tails (Have stock)
-OEM Satin Black Carrera S rear badging (not installed)
-Brand new Michelin Pilot 4S Tires 235/305. Literally less than 50 miles.
-All recomended maintenance is up to date

I am one picky person and the only thing that I really see on this car is the obvious flaking of the temp and air toggles and some the triprontic trans pan is seeping a bit, but it does not leak. I have a drip tray under it on my lift and have never seen it lay one drop. I will however have it looked at when the inspection and get it fixed. I am just being as transparent as possible to all parties.
