Thank you! Not the original owner. Original owner is a colleague in software. It was a custom order and I'd known the car it's entire life. I was on a wait list for a GT4 when it became available - I switched gears and bought it on the spot before he even detailed it or listed it publicly.
It's my favorite color, only 185 slate gray manual coupe 997.1s were built in the US and Canada from 2007-2009.
If you expand to all colors, only 238 were built with PCCB, factory short throw shifter, and chrono package. Add the carbon package and it's 1 of 10 in any color, with added full black leather leather it's 1 of 1.
With the value of original OEM parts before the mods included, quality/cost of the mod components, provenance of all labor documented by a single 30+ years experience factory P car tech through the life of the car (keeping coolant pipes and other quirks in check) this is a steal. If I didn't need to free up funds, or any of my other cars were worth this kind money, I wouldn't be selling it.

Curious to know where you got those production numbers from. The reason I ask is that I have a black 2009 997.1 turbo manual with PCCB, manual, carbon package, sport Chrono, short shifter and full black leather. Does that mean mine is 1 of 1 in that combo? I would imagine since it's an 09 with the updated pcm3.0 it's even more rare. Thanks for any info.

If you have all that in a 2009 hold onto it. I think our car's only equal is the 993, and from what I've seen in the 992 it will continue to be for at least another generation.
