Selling my 2007 Porsche 997.1S Cab because I don't get to enjoy it enough. I've owned the car for almost three years and in that time I've put 11,000 miles on it. You can see that its a nice spec from the window sticker below. Minor modifications include a Speedtech off-road X pipe (have the original exhaust as well), Eurocharged ECU tune, and new rotors and pads. Tires still have plenty of tread as well. I routinely average north of 20mpg when driving it. Services include:

Transmission fluid, brake fluid and oil change - 100,000 miles
New battery - 97,000 miles
New pads and rotors - 95,000 miles
Tires - 95,000 miles
New starter and battery cable - 93,000

Minor issues:

Minor curb rash on two wheels
Several small paint chips (expected on a car with 100,000 miles)

Overall, the car runs great! The exhaust sounds amazing at 4K+ RPM but no drone when cruising at 75mph.
