It has been fun owning this car in Germany but with the birth of our first daughter in December we need a vehicle with four doors. Since I refuse to put a child seat in this car this creates a problem for the wife and I. So I have decided to sell my M3. I have listed all the options below.

The car is MINT. No dings, no scratches, no damage of any kind, the interior smells of new fresh leather. Never driven in the snow. The first 1200 mile service was done properly per BMW rules. The car has been babied all of its short existence. I received this car in Oct 2005 and it is a 2006 model. There have been no warranty claims and no mechanical issues. It is been fully insured by USAA since I bought it brand new from Pentagon Car Sales (www.pentagoncarsales.com) here in Ramstein Germany.

Who I am?
I am an American citizen working for the US Air Force. I am a 28 year old male who works in IT. I am married with one child and one dog. I have lived in Germany since Jan 2004 and before this I had lived in Virginia and was working at the Pentagon. I love sports cars but I cannot afford this toy and my family.... can't get rid of the family so easy.

I am willing to provide any and all information possible to make you feel comfortable with this sale. I can field questions via email at sselwayATgmailDOTcom or via PM.

What complications could/would arise if someone from the US purchased it?

Good question! I would imagine there would be no complications because it is American spec vehicle, registered with US plates, and owned by a US citizen. I am a Department of Defense contractor for the Air Force.

The vehicle's lien is held by USAA. They are also my insurance provider. For those that don't know USAA is an American owned company located in the United States and is only available for use by military and their family members.

Required documents:
- Title
- Registration
- Bill-of-sale
- Lien statement

All of which will be easy to provide to the shipper. Shipping time would be roughly 3 weeks.
