If you live in So Cal, you can have a set of 4 wheel locks with key for free if you pick them up. These locks are about $60 and function well, but are butt ugly. I bought these awhile back, but never installed them. Here a link to a pic:

These are 996 locks and are the longer, silver ones in the pic. The pretty black ones are for the 993.
