I am selling my brother's 1999 911 for him. The car is located in Lewes, Delaware.

My brother and his wife were the 2nd owners of this car, purchased in the early 2000's. Primarily driven by my sister in law, this is really an amazing example of a well kept car.
In 2009, the car, out of warranty started to misfire, and the final repair recommended was an engine replacement. This happened with about 43xxx miles on the car. While the engine was replaced,
they elected to replace the clutch too. While the car has 62xxx miles, the engine, a 2005 3.4L, has about 19xxx miles on it.
All documentation is shown in this ad.

The car is 100% stock except for an aftermarket radio. The original radio comes with the car in case the new owner wants to restore it back to stock.
The only known issue is that the drivers seat heaters does not work.

This car has been kept in a garage its whole life. Paint is excellent for 20+ years old. Interior leather is conditioned regularly. All scheduled maintenance at Porsche dealerships.

The top of the repair invoice is cropped, to protect their personal info. If you are a serious buyer, i will share with you the original.
