Good luck to him/her. I sold my 2000 S2 M5 last year for $40k. The market seems a little soft for these cars.

 

Hey Kram, other than clutch are there some other items on these that have had issues? I was considering one for a daily driver but heard about bad carbon build up and it scared me off.

 

To be honest, the only real problem I had was with the MAF's. It seemed like they would go bad or get dirty pretty often. It was something I learned to live with and it actually wasn't that much of an issue.

 

Too bad about the wood trim. Otherwise, great combo. Two tone seats go better with aluminum trim. Any other options? M Audio? Fold down seats?
An '02 with low miles is a good find, price is reasonable. Has a few key updates over the 2000 m.y. including larger nav screen, angel eye headlights.
