update:
The car no longer has to be in Las Vegas, it can be in Scottsdale too, or anywhere in between the two. If anyone knows about any cars for sale of the type i'm looking for at dealerships or something, feel free to let me know. Also in addition to 997 Cabriolets, he's also interested in a 996 Turbo Cabriolet.
