I was checking around, and apparently new, these are around $800 and used, around $400.

My parts guy at Carlsen says a new set of 996 manuals is $2500. Although it will have all of the latest info (supplements are released on a periodic basis), your manual set might be worth more than you think.

Where did you get the $800 figure?

I had checked with a place where I have had some work done on my car. After you comment, I called the local Porsche dealer and per the part number I gave him, these are worth about $2,100 from the dealer. Thank you for the headsup.

 

About 2 years the retail price on 996TT manuals went from $700 retail to about $2500. They are not available anymore except rarely on Ebay.
