The headache isn't worth $3K. The M5 market is very soft right now. Sell it and get the car you really want, a 993TT correct?

 

Buyers at this price point are few and far between but I would weigh that with the fact that you do have a very nice car.

Personally, 88K sounds pretty doable to me. Good deal for him and OK for you???

 

I would take that price and run. That's a very fair offer imo. Great car and mods btw. It helps that mods are from ONE respected manufacturer.

 

Is the car lowered? Is the height adjustable? I would need it to be "standard" ride height. I'm interested, got an ankle-biter on the way, need a car with a backseat.

 

You'll need more than a backseat.

My RS6 turned into an Allroad and my Turbo turned into a minivan (R500).

 

FYI I saw a 92K stickered 06' M5 in the paper today with 1300 miles asking 87,200 OBO.
