My last attempt to sell the car myself. I will let it go for $74,950. Dealer trade-in is 70-72k. The main selling points for this car are the low mileage, perfect condition, 15k custom stereo system, and Bilstien PSS9 suspension. You will not find a better deal than this; car would sell for upper 70s at a dealer bone stock.

That's outrageous! I can't believe you haven't sold this thing - it's almost new.

Good luck!

Pm me if you still have the epII loud.

Jamie, I am surprised myself that car is still for sale. I wish I knew about this site before purchasing my turbo. EP loud is sold.

I am open to any offers, would rather let a 6speeder get the car than my dealer.

Not trying t be snobby but I told you that it's going to be tough to sell it with out getting wacked. the longer you wait the more you loose. Give someone a deal and they will take it... otherwise just give it back to the dealer and be over and done with it. strip it from the add ons and try to re coop some money.
good luck,
markski

Markski, yes they are difficult cars to sell and yes I would like to offer a deal. I personally think I have already offered a great deal. Wholesale on my car is 70k period; car is under 10k miles and in new condition. Car has PSS9 suspension (costs 4k installed) and that is attractive to many members; also has 15k sound system which may not add value to the car. In my opinion, I have already offered a great deal and there are a limited number of buyers even on this site. Many members seem to be looking for cheap cars under 60k and that is only possible with high miles, which is not the case here. If I went much cheaper, there would be an arbitrage opportunity . . .

Thanks for all the interest so far. I have an offer for $72,000; I will let the car go for $73,500 if anyone is interested. I realize there are cheaper turbos out there but you will not find a cleaner car with low miles and aftermarket mods.

IF ur contemplating about $1500 on a $72K car... hmmm.
well check this guy out... he also has an 02 with a stage 4 upgrade, brakes, suspension, cage,19 inch rims, seats, etc... hes selling for 79K. Im sure he will give it away for less. thats my friend a good deal. Guys here on this site are very savvy so getting what u want is almost impossible. u will have better luck on Ebay. I dont think too many TT owners want a 400 Lbs stereo in the car anyway.. so take it out and sell it outright.
look below and see the deal...
https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ad.php?t=58440
just my opinion.

Markski,

Thanks for your valuable input. I really am not sure why you want me to sell the car outright to dealer so bad; I hope you have better things in life to do than go on forums and tell people what to do. The price is right period; two people would like to purchase the car and are looking at financing so sale is pending (both from 6speed). The other 2002 may have higher mileage, aftermarket equipment does not add much value to car, and a track car is NOT desirable but would be a great deal if someone plans on using it as a dedicated track car. The sound system is made of fiberglass and weighs about 200 pounds; even then the sound system and me weigh about the same as you in your tt so what does it matter anyway . . .
