RM5 is infamous around these parts
I think the 50 post rule is crazy. why not look at how long the person has been a member. I visit this site often and get loads off info and knowledge from most of these members. but I rarely post. I tried to put a for sale and it was deleted

I think everyone has some valid points but of course it's going to be the call of the Owner on this one. No one wants "Trolls" so anything that can keep them off is in the best interest of the members.

I think that these boards are a great resource but the opportunity for fraud is very high. There has to be a balance. there are plenty of places to sell cars and parts such as craigslist and ebay.

Reading a for sale item from someone with 500 posts and good reputation points is the equivalent of a high ebay feedback for me.

I have sold cars & parts on here. I have also purchased things from 6speeders and sponsors and have yet to have a bad experience. I do agree that a certain amount of post/time should be a requirement considering the fact that spammers can easily jump on here. I liked the "old" 3 month hazing period or whatever that was I had to go trough before I could post anything.
