They don't need to be in working order.

This may be a stupid question, but are the Turbos for a 996 and 993 different? I assume they are, but I'm not sure. I have a set of the FVD 996 K24 Race turbos that need repair and a set up 996 K16's that are in perfect condition....

I always thought that a K16 or K24 was the same regardless of what car it went into.

Try Kevin at Ultimate Motorwerks. Also try BJ at Wright Tuning, 513-735-2300. They have a bunch of real Porsche 993 GT2 turbo stuff laying around the shop. They raced real 993 GT2's for years. There has been a new set of K24 turbos on e-bay for a long time, not sure if they are still there.

Thanks Tim I did see those on e-bay. Too much money for what I want them for. I will call Wright Tuning on Monday.

No the CHRA is the same. It is the turbine housing bolt pattern for the exhaust that is different. Both on the header and exhaust flanges.
