Same BS happened to me on Ebay when I was selling one of my E55's.
PS. I do have a number for a LIVE person on ebay customer service if you need it. I called and complained and they gave me a $100.00 Ebay Gift Certificate plus refund all my money back. Just PM me and I will give it to you.

As many of you know, the Winning Bidder ended up as a "Dead Beat Bidder" and did not come through with the deposit or purchase... I have once again re-listed the car on Ebay with No Reserve and with the same terms as the last auction!
