Because of the higher miles the next owner would have very little room to drive it before it gets into the very high (for a 996tt) range. This would make selling it again in 3 ish years next to impossible if driven any resonable amount.
I considered it but after research found the price to be to high. Most others with way less mileage are selling for lots less. Granted it has some very nice mods but not enought to overcome the basic problems stated above.

Would there be any interest in taking off the wheels (or other mod) and offering this at a little lower price? Just curious, this is one of the few TTs i have seen on the east coast, just trying to wedge it into my price range.

On another note, the list of mods that you have is very impressive and buyer's need to keep in mind that buying a stock car from anywhere and doing this kind of set up will run over $20-30k++
Agreed that Ebay prices are all over the place and not always real
