FS: E46 Dinan intake and exhaust

Hello all, I have a friend who is looking to trade + cash some E46 M3 Dinan stage 2 parts. He has an intake that he wants to swap + cash for, and an Exhaust (just mufflers) that he will take cash for no swapping. He needs its to be local to the Philadelphia area especially for the intake he has no stock box. Exhaust he may ship for a fee. Intake new is $1,499 exhaust new is $1,899, both are in good condition he has no set price just make an offer. All offers can be sent to me via PM or email. He is looking to do this quickly since he needs to get rid of the car. And further questions please let me know; if possible I will try and get pictures.
