I picked up a set of 3 (clutch, brake, gas), but found only the gas is necessary. There are a lot of different kinds, but I ended up with the Razo RP81 (the set on the left side of the picture):



I liked the more simple brushed metal look. Not only can you adjust the height and tilt angle, the plate on the lower left side of the gas pedal can be adjusted wider (towards the left) or narrower. This makes it possible to fine tune the placement. I found the lowest height setting and most narrow width works the best for me.



Like GHOSTRIDER-TT said though, not everyone finds them too far apart. I have relatively narrow feet, so I do. I would hazard to guess most people would find the stock placement pretty easy to use.
